Human Missile upgrade tiers
Buy the boom. Rank the rest after five test dives.
This list ranks kinds of spends, not a fake legendary roster. Human Missile’s shop is still growing. Official text only guarantees that upgrades exist to increase destruction. Use this page with how to upgrade and the upgrade planner. Compare any new icon to these buckets before you tap.
Sibling rank page: target tiers. Catalog notes: missile upgrades.
S — Destruction and blast
Anything that makes the same dive delete more parts. If the tooltip says destruction, blast, power, or explosion, it is S until a test dive proves it is flavor text. This is the only bucket you should touch with your first pile of points.
A — Control that saves misses
If you can launch but cannot finish a house, a control-flavored row (turn, lock, stability—whatever wording the beta uses) is A. It is not S, because a stable missile that never hits value still scores like a tourist. Fix steering with practice first; buy A if practice is not enough.
B — QoL and later power nodes
Second and third power buys, extra HUD comfort, or unclear mixed rows sit in B. Buy them after the loop is repeatable. They are not traps. They are just not the first click.
C — Cosmetics
Trails, colors, and ‘style’ lines. Fun after you are bored of winning. They do not move score. Chat will flex them anyway.
F — Fake spends
Game-pass pressure from strangers, ‘secret menus’ from scripts, and codes that do not exist. F is not a shop row. F is a social attack. Read script safety.
How to place a brand-new row
- Screenshot the tooltip.
- Buy it only if you can afford a test without going broke.
- Take five dives at the same cluster.
- If more brick falls, promote toward S. If you miss less, park it in A. If only the trail changed, demote to C.
That method survives a rename. It also survives a mid-August-style publish that shuffles prices. Log the change mentally against patch notes.
Sample first-hour board
| Priority | Bucket | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | S destruction | Official loop |
| 2 | A control | Only if you miss |
| 3 | B extra power | After consistency |
| 4 | C cosmetics | Never first |
If two S rows appear, buy the cheaper and test. Beta pricing is allowed to be silly for a week.
Do not wait for a finished wiki-sized gear grid. The items hub will grow when the client grows. Your job tonight is one S buy and a house that looks like the smash gallery. Then come back and argue a rank with evidence, not with a thumbnail from another missile game.
If you like writing notes, keep a three-line log: date, bucket bought, smash feel. Promote or demote only from that log. A friend shouting ‘this is S now’ after one lucky villa is not a patch. Your five-dive test is the patch. That is how a beta tier list stays useful when the shop still has the manners of a workbench. If you skip the log, you will rerank from vibes, and vibes are how C-tier trails become ‘must buy’ in chat.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common Human Missile questions.
What is S tier in Human Missile upgrades?
Rows that increase destruction or blast on the next smash. Official copy is about more destruction, not prettier trails.
Should I buy control upgrades first?
Only if you already launch well and still miss. Practice camera steering before you spend.
Why don't you name every upgrade?
The beta shop is still expanding. We rank categories so a rename does not turn this page into fiction.
